After reading the manual for the SR10, I was not expecting to make any changes to my OpenTx Model setups I have for the S8R, but on copying one that worked fine, I can't even get the basic mode change to operate. I'm hoping someone can point out the differences. Register, bind and self check went all okay.

I'm using the latest OpenTx to set it up with the lua script. Quick mode looks like its enabled, but the channel 10 switch just does nothing, with the stabiliser active all the time.

Any advice appreciated. I have had to disable stabilisation in the setup for the time being.

As far as I can see from the manuals the setup is exactly the same.  Are you in Quick mode or conventional mode??

I'm in quick mode. I would agree the manuals imply the setup is exactly the same.

I have made some progress in that I can create a simple new model from scratch that works as expected.

I'll try going through all the settings on new and old to see if can spot what's wrong. The original model has auto level set on a momentary switch, with stabilise on/off on a three position. The openTx setup for it still seems to do the right thing on channel 10 according to the monitor though.

So it doesn't work if you've selected 8 channel mode, which I guess isn't a surprise! Changed it to 16 channel mode and its all fine now.

Thanks, Mike.
